As the labour market is changing fast, students need to commit to lifelong learning to keep up with the world around them and make the most of the opportunities and challenges. There are plenty of ways for further up-skilling presented by formal or non formal education providers. Having a solid foundation of knowledge, strategies, skills, and competences, students can launch their careers. Further guidance is required on their presentation on social media (including professional sites like LinkedIn). Encouraging and supporting their entrepreneurial mindset. Creating a career development plan based on personal SWOT analysis and mind mapping to make choices. M4 steers students towards self-management and responsibility over their lives to be active citizens.
